This You Tube clip has been around for awhile, but every time I watch it I can't stop smiling.  This lady is definitely taking the above quote to heart!  She is unafraid, willing to try new things and clearly enjoying herself immensely.  When I'm her age, I hope I'm still embracing life with that same joyous spirit.  (^ . ^)
